Solved!!! I had originally bought a google nest but it wasnt compatible
with my heat pump but i had connected it to my phone... so when i
returned it i forgot to to delete it then when i got my nest learning
thermostat it was still trying to connect ...
I have same issue td030 i have the right wifi on my phone and on my
thermostat but will not connect to my phone... i have turned the router
off and my phone reset the thermostat nothing... will not connect
