I cannot get the home app to add my new nest learning thermostat.
Thermostat functions with my HVAC but it will not add into my home
through QR or product code. Thermostat and app are both up to date and
connected to the same wireless network.
The thermostat is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as my other Nest
devices and my phone. It controls my HVAC system with no problem from
the thermostat directly. There is no error given in the home app other
