I plugged my Fiber router directly into the computer and confirm that
the speeds are similar to what was seen in the Google Home App speed
test (800+ mbps). I am still only getting 400-500 mbps through the WiFi
on any device.

I am having a similar issue, my setup is:Fiber -> Modem -> Google Nest
Hub/WiFiI was asked to log in to my modem but when I enter the IP
address of the modem it says "This site was blocked". I cannot find any
settings where any IP/website is blocked.
