Received my replacement heatlink within a couple of days and my heating is operational again. Good service from Google, just worried if either of my two heatlinks might suddenly break outside of warranty now.

Thanks, I called the number and was swiftly greeted by a first line support person. She's confirmed it is in warranty and passed it on to the second line team to escalate, hopefully they will arrange for a replacement.
