My fan schedule from my phone was not working at all, and the fan would also occasionally cut out for a minute or two while the A/C compressor was running! It took FOUR resets, and disconnecting from my Wi-Fi , then reconnecting before the Nest came ...

I have the same problem. Hard to believe that customer assistance is so worthless!
