Glad you found the solution to yours, I think many others have a
different issue where as they can open the app but can't actually sign
in to their profile.
I have this exact same issue. Tells me what profiles are registered
(myself and my son) But I can't select anything or go back. Don't bother
about a factory reset, I done that last night and it still didn't fix
