Now I don’t the error message. I check the box it turn green with check
mark for a second then goes back to empty box. I tried a new nest
thermostat it has same issue
My thermostats are connected to wifi, but show up as offline on the
google home app.I can fix the problem by restarting my home wifi.not
sure why this happens will plan to contact my wifi provider to see if
they have a solutionFYI I don’t get any mes...
