"online". There's nothing wrong with my wifi and any attempts to connect
to wifi do not work. I've even rest the device, nothing.
I'm still having issues. I haven't been able to get back online after
all the troubleshooting. Do I just need to call in to PGE and order a
new one? Do you have a direct number to call and order a new one?
Well mine is still offline and no one has bothered to reply. It's so
