Google Nest Community

Hi Jennifer, I've tried all of the above with no sucess. Even rebooted both router and Chromecast at the same time, the tried again.I always get to the step to connect to wifi, and the "could not communicate with your Chromecast" message.

I've tried that multiple times, tried switching router bands, everything recommended in thie thread and others with no luck

I've been stuck with the exact same issue for a week now.
