I'm getting the same issue. I don't hold out much hope from Google though. We had 3 nexus devices trashed by an update and despite the forums being full of people complaining, Google did nothing to fix the issue. They remain bricked.

HiWe resolved the issue manually entering the router password. I don't know why both stopped working at the same time, but both were fixed by the same method.
