I struggled with the same issue for a while. I have an Apple phone and
use Spectrum internet. I finally resolved it by a simple call to
Spectrum. They sud some magic in their end to facilitate the setup.

router. I’ve contacted Spectrum support. No matter how many times I try,
I get connection failed on initial setup.
