there is no way to manually type this on google nest as far as i can see and why must we problem solve a basic issue like time settings even an old mechanical boiler can run timings to 1 minute intervals!

No you can't schedule for anything less than half an hour - clearly google assume people use really old boilers made in the dark ages!
