Jake, I am unsure if the issue still exists. I had the issue on a
Samsung Galaxy S10 but upgraded to an S22 and things work now. I believe
it is an issue with the older S series phones and the app as that is the
only thing that changed.

There seems to be an issue with this currently as when I click the
microphone on my phone to talk with my wife at home, she only hears the
beep but can't hear my voice over it.
