Do you have the google door bell as well? I do and when i removed both
from my account. I then installed the nest hub max first and then the
doorbell and they both now work. Hope that helps
I have the same issue. You can do a video call and the camera works but
if you try to view the nest cam it says it is offline and it just times
out trying to connect.
