Thanks. There is no ackowledgement of the holding deposit as the site
went down after we put in the credit card number. We are not sure if
they are sending a new one out or not. They have blocked our calls?
We tried to get a replacement thermostat for my mother. The link sent us
to google.com to give a credit card number for a holding deposit of
