Heast link power lost

Since 10 hours ago lost connection between Heat link and Nest and also connection to the App.Heatlink is not resetting, 10 seconds, or resetting, 20 seconds, to factory code. I do have power (220V) on the heatlink but NO lamps are blinking. Does this...
