Hi Edward, Thank you for the follow up. In my case, the Nest just cannot find the wifi network. I have four Nest thermostats and this one is the closest to the router. All the other three can find it. I tried entering the name manually and still does...

How long is the warranty on these units? I think I am past my first year.
