I've attached the C-wire and mine still won't charge...

Wired cool (yellow) to y1; fan (green) to g; heat (white) to W1; and power (red) to RH.Battery 3.718; Voc 36.02; Vin 35.30; and lin 40. I've sometimes seen lin at 20.

Replacement is in...Status: still dying Cause: unknownSolution: unknown - will quadruple check the wires tonight. Old unit had blue wire jumped between RC and RH, nest instructed to only connect to RC (no jumper).

I got a replacement otw, but won't know if it's fixed until it's installed for a few days.

I reached out and am now awaiting a response. I will let you know what comes of my communications.
