Hey all,My Nest heat link has died. Power to the unit. Struggling to
find my proof of purchase but it’s around 2 years old.Anyone else been
through this and could tell me what my options are? Do customer support

What’s worse is that I’m an electrician and have been recommending them
and installing them ever since!!! This is going to bite me if there is
no resolution for customers
