I tried to connect to the app and received the following error message: T009(15.5). I proceeded to try again and the 2nd attempt successfully linked the lock back on the app.

Note, now a 2nd lock has gone offline. I only have 1 of the 3 locks connected to my Nest app, which is the one I referenced and had to fix a few weeks ago. This is very frustrating.Please advise.

After several weeks, I was successfully able to reconnect my lock. Nothing new or different was done, it just simply worked on the 30th or so attempt after a few weeks of attempts.
