I've spent 6 hours and 3 calls factory resetting, installing and
uninstalling, etc. There is nothing more I can do. This needs to be
fixed by a coder at Google. Terrible product, customer experience, and
customer service.
Yes, you've described the way it is supposed to work but it doesn't due
to a bug. After multiple reinstalls of the camera and the home app,
factory resetting, turning various connections on and off, etc., I've
learned that the live video stream works...
