The forum has been filled out. Hopefully we can get it figured out, the
temporary fix that was posted in the forum I tested has failed, although
not dropping as bad as it was before... but still dropping 30-40 TIMES
lower than it should be, literally...
I just tried your fix posted with the DNS settings and giving it a full
2 minutes unplugged reset, once again with the hard reset it is working
great as expected. I'll report back and see if it stays consistent.

Ya I've tested this inside and out and I am 100% positive at this point
is a defective hardware. Something they did in this last firmware that
was supposed to 'fix' some units ended up breaking all the others that
were working. I literally get thrott...
