I had contact. Seems like my thermostat is up to date according support.because i am in europe . Funny that all versions above mine dont apply to the european market.

Didnt receive any mail or any contact whatsoever. 

Dont understand.. i still have no solution to my update problem

No it didn’t help. When i check for updates it says: no update available. Dont know what to do next
