I have my doorbell camera for a long time and have my subscription updated, but I have not been able to get any history. Some events are happening and I’m not able to see what’s going. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you

I’m having similar issue, but it’s asking for the code in the back of the doorbell, which is outside and very secured because I can’t take it off. Is any other way to reinstall this device?
