Heat link suddenly non responsive. No green light ...nothing but power is supplied.

My heat link has just died and does not respond to all resetting actions...No green light no power or response. I've turned off and on pressed button for 40 seconds etc...nothing Its only been fitted for a year.

No progress been hanging on for a reply on phone for 20 mins.....Just orchestra music for me to listen to while shivering.
