I'm on the latest version of Google home and my Chromecast can't be
renamed or moved rooms without factory resetting the device. That I
would say is not a fix.
Have the same issue with my chromecast. I cant set a name or change the
room that the device is setup in. This is causing issues as it displays
as living room tv
