I have tried all the troubleshooting and my nest is still offline.

I'm not Infamous Dylan, but I have similar offline issues. I've had Nest Thermostats for years (one upstairs and one downstairs) and this is the first time I've had any problems. For the past 2 weeks, i've been getting "No Power" and Offline messages...
