Thank you for keeping this chat alive! The question is why it took
Google so long to believe its complaining clients and fix the issues
that hundreds of clients were raising. More importantly what is Google
doing so that this will never happen again?
Can you please post the form to return the camera? The camera did not
move , was working fine , now is not working. These are my steps to
troubleshoot. Thank you
Any news on the night vision, is there going to be another update. My
indoor 2nd gen camera went black a few days ago. I do see the red LEDs
at night coming on but image is completely dark.
