Google Nest clearly doesn't give a darn about their customers. Their bot "Jake" has not replied to me for 6 months.I see a class action lawsuit in the works.

Hi Jake,It's not fixed. Nest's readings are way too hot. I have to set my cooling limits to 80 degrees so it doesn't kick off the AC when it's actually 70 degrees inside.

Everything is off except Leaf and Airwave.
