Many home wifi routers use the same wifi name (SSID) for both the 2GHz
wfif and the 5GHz wifi. The NEST can only connect to the 2GHz wifi. As a
test, try turning off the 5GHz wifi in your wifi router and see if you
can connect then.Bill
