Be aware that Google don't care about customers, they've agreed to replace my unit August last year, sent a email confirming address and I never heard from them again.For their own lucky I disliked Apple otherwise I would be a happy Apple user by now...

I've tried the recovery mode more than 20 times with no luck.Not sure what to do as my nest hub is over 1.5 year old.
