I did check the settings of my router as well as the firewall, parental controls and anything else that would affect internet bandwidth. Still no luck. I ended up returning the camera to the store and purchasing a Google Nest Cam IQ Indoor. Paid more...

Thank you. I have moved the camera to different areas and all is the same as before. Once I turn the camera off, my speeds increase.
