old drop cams can't update Wi-Fi settings on computer anymore

changed WI-FI router and now can't migrate old dropcams to it on a PC anymore?? won't scan bar codes?? newer ones accepted codes but cannot use older cameras anymore?? seen some threads about mac systems ?? won't apply here??? any ideas???
