Mine seems to be working fine at this point, it has been for at least 6 weeks or so? I didn't do anything to fix it after initial resets that didn't work.

Hi Jill, we use TP-LINK light bulbs in case it's helpful information. 

No ideas here, I'm here for the same issue. Ours won't go beyond 1% and I miss the full wake capability it used to have.
