My nest thermostat disappeared from the nest app for no apparent reason.
I reset it and tried to add it into my app again; however, I get "having
trouble connecting with Nest services" error on my app screen. How can I
resolve this issue?
Interestingly, thermostat first appeared on my wife's account and her
Nest app. After a couple of days, it appeared on mine. Things seem to be
