Jeff, lots of people reporting similar sudden issues, do you have a fix please?

Yep, having this same problem too, out of the blue, having worked just fine for years. I simply get a ‘there is a problem’ message with no explanation. Have rebooted the Nest thermostat, unlinked and re linked the Google Neat skill. All to no avail.
