Wifi connection and LAN connection problem

I live in Korea and I am using Google Chromecast 4k. I can't connect to my home wifi.The wifi model name is iptimeN704-V3.When the LAN is connected using a Type-C hub, the screen is displayed, but there is no sound. please solve the problem
