We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
I am having the same issue and now need to add a new thermostat to my
account. The Google Home app doesn't work to do this. Everything points
to using the NEST app to do so. The app is sitting on the "loading"
screen.
