Sure, but the product is faulty and by Norwegian consumer law you should get a replacement if they can’t fix it within reasonable time.

Norway here. I’ve had this issue for a while. Possibly since August. Fuchsia version: 7.20220419.2.166Firmware version: 48.41.32.466204089
