How to stop eco at weekend

Hi all....my thermostat kicks into eco mode only on Sat and Sun stopping the heating cos I'm in bed. This does not happen Mon to Fri. Can I stop this from happening at weekend please....other than coming down stairs to wave at the thermostat?Thanks P...
