Finally done!In fact, you have to open the app, tap Protect, tap
Settings (upper right corner), tap Protects (the location of your
device: Hallway, kitchen etc.), scroll down...and there you will see
Remove Nest Protect.
Hi, having the same issue. I cannot find at all the remove option. And
the device is no longer responding to the app controls. Did you find any
