Can I Attach Grounding Plug to Nest Cam w/ Floodlight

Just wondering if I could just wire a grounding plug to the wired outdoor camera with floodlight? If so what amp would I need? We don’t have a flood light, so there is no wiring there. We do have our garage door oultet that could work. Thanks!
