Ensure it is a 24V and not a 110v or higher. Those look like some hefty gauge wires.

So you would use Blue (C), Green (G1), Yellow (Y1) White (O/B), and Red (ONLY RH). You won’t need the jumper when installing the red. Has the same problem the other day but eventually found a guide from Nest made years ago. hope that helps!
