Mine just finally worked

My kids got me the hub last Christmas and love it!!! It’s in my kitchen, where I am most of the time. I can see all the pictures the kids post and my Netflix. Until now…

Not at all they are investigating the issue!  

I have the nest hub max, which it won’t work on. The rest is either a fire stick, Roku or iPhones and it works fine.
