UPDATE Can't explain why but...today I followed the process of resetting
the remote and can now hold down the volume button.On the remotes and
accessories screen the working remote firmware is 22.2I followed

Just factory reset my Google TV and seems I picked up this bug. Before
when I held the volume the Yamaha receiver would increase/decrease the
volume with a series of IR pulses when the button was held. After the
reset, I can no longer hold the button...
