Thanks for the answer, Jeran. The LED light turns on (white color) but, when I press the reset button on the dongle for the hard reset, it doesn't respond ( doesn't change the color to yellow) even after a minute of continuous pressing of the button....

I have exactly the same issue. The hard reset button is not working. But I didn't update it.
