Chrome cast stuck on G screen

My chrome cast is stuck on the screen with the coloured G logo. I’ve tried everything listed in this thread: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Chromecast/Chrome-cast-set-up-stuck-on-G/m-p/180314 I’m not sure what else to do.
