Also, I know it is the NEST unit itself and not the wall mount b/c I
have another NEST thermostat in another part of my house and when I swap
them out, the "broken" doesn't work in the other location either.
My thermostat after being charged via USB and has started up will then
only hold the charge for 10 minutes then it shuts down again. I've left
it charging to the USB for days and it still will not hold a charge.
What's going on?
