I have the same issue and have seen several other posts with the same
issue but have yet to see a fix for this. I tried factory resetting all
my devices and disconnecting the router and modem and then reconnecting
and it still isn't working.
The same thing happens to my Google home mini speakers and my nest hub
2nd gen. I can manually cast to it from my phone but anytime we ask it
anything it gives the same response above or just says that there was a
