Chromcast doesnt show on TV/ black screen

My TV shows no signal when I switch to the HDMI input my chromecast is in. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and still nothing.

Hello Jennifer,I have tried it in 3 different tvs. And the other chromecast I have works in all of the other 3 tvs.

Hello Alex,I am still unable to get a signal on my tv with the chromecast. I have tired all the recommended troubleshootings. So any other help you give would be great

Hi JillGThe LED is a solid white. I went through those troubleshooters and I am still having the same problem.
